Waste heat recovery from electric smelting furnace

    A blast pipe is set on the flue gas pipe of the electric furnace£¬bringing the flue gas of the electric furnace to air intake of waste heat boiler£»gas extraction vent of waste heat boiler is set between air cooler of existing flue gas system of electric furnace and exhaust mouth of smoke in the between and cyclone dust collector£¬the smoke venting of the waste heat boiler is merged into flue gas system of electric furnace¡£
    First£¬flue gas from duct of electric furnace enters the superheater located on the waste heat boiler£¬which carries the heat used to superheat saturated steam produced by waste heat boiler£»then the flue gas of superheater enters evaporator£¬which carries the heat used to vaporize the heat water and produce saturated steam£»flue gas of evaporator enters economizer£¬which carries the heat used to heat boiler feedwater£»flue gas of economizer is sent back to flue gas system of electric furnace by air-return duct¡£After gas exchanges energy in the boiler£¬it becomes about 160°C and evacuates via dust cyclone£¬exhaust fan and bag dust collector of original flue gas system¡£
